- Questions about the mission, the spacecraft, or the crew
- Photos of the Moon, the launch site, or Orion in the sky
- Learning resources, news articles, and educational content
- Respectful debate about science, engineering, and policy
What's not allowed
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats. No targeted abuse, slurs, or intimidation of anyone for any reason.
- Sexually explicit or violent content. Keep Hub suitable for a family audience.
- Spam and self-promotion. Do not post repetitive content, unsolicited ads, affiliate links, or pyramid schemes.
- Impersonation. Do not pretend to be NASA, a crew member, another user, or any public figure.
- Illegal content. No content that violates applicable law, including copyright infringement.
- Misinformation. Do not post content designed to deceive about the mission, the science, or the crew.
- Doxxing or private information. Do not share anyone's personal data without their consent.
Reporting content
If you see content that breaks these rules, tap the three-dot menu on any post and choose Report. Pick the closest reason, add an optional note, and submit. Reports go to our moderation team for review. You can also block a user so their content never appears in your feed.
What happens when content is reported
- A member of our moderation team reviews the report, typically within 24 hours.
- Content that violates these guidelines is hidden from public view.
- Accounts that repeatedly break the rules, or that post serious violations, can be suspended or banned.
- We may reach out to you or the user involved for more context.
Appeals
If your post was hidden or your account was suspended and you believe it was a mistake, email hello@artemislens.app with a brief description and we will review. Decisions about repeat or serious violations are generally final.
Your block list
You can block any user from the three-dot menu on their post, or manage your block list in Settings. Blocked users' posts and comments will no longer appear in your feed, and they will not be notified.
Changes to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines as Hub grows. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Hub after changes means you accept the updated guidelines.
